David Villa given medical OK
The Barça striker will be available for the Spanish Cup quarter final’s second leg to be payed on Thursday against Málaga. Villa has been given the medical all clear to play on Tuesday, following his recovery from a calf injury.
Barcelona (FCB).- Barça’s first team squad is gradually getting back to full strength and after the return of Isaac Cuenca on Monday, today it was the turn of David Villa to receive the medical all clear to play, following his recovery from a calf injury. Therefore Villa will be available for the Spanish Cup quarter final against Malaga on Thursday after missing the first leg and the Spanish League game at the weekend against Real Sociedad.
With Villa fully fit, only Marc Muniesa and ÉricAbidal are unavailable as they continue working on their respective recoveries.
