Barcelona hospital carries out Spain's first-ever uterus transplant

The Catalan capital's Hospital Clínic successfully carried out Spain's first-ever uterus transplant last October. The organ was donated to the recipient, who was born without one and hopes to carry a pregnancy to term, by her sister.
