The history makers strike again. FC Barcelona Femení became the first team to win five consecutive Liga F titles as they strolled to a comfortable 4-1 victory in Granada on Saturday night.

The win confirmed a league triumph that was in little doubt, with the unbeaten blaugrana positioned 15 points ahead of their nearest rivals, Real Madrid.

Fridolina Rolfö set Barça on their way with the opening goal after just two minutes.

The Swedish forward rounded off the scoring with a penalty on 75 minutes after goals from Lucy Bronze and Caroline Graham Hansen.

Granada's consolation goal came with the Andalusians 3-0 down, Laura Pérez Martín converting from the penalty spot just before half time.

It was another easy win for a team that has blown away the opposition in Spain this year.

Barça have won 25 out of 26 league games, scoring 118 goals and conceding just nine.

The league win marks the first step on the way to a potential treble for Barcelona. They play the Copa de la Reina final against Real Sociedad in Zaragoza on May 18, before taking on Lyon in the Champions League final in Bilbao one week later.
