The Cure, Doja Cat, and The xx among 2026 Primavera Sound lineup
Barcelona's biggest music festival returns June 3-7 next year

Barcelona's biggest music festival, Primavera Sound, has unveiled its 2026 lineup.
The Cure, Doja Cat, The xx, Gorillaz, Massive Attack, Addison Rae, and My Bloody Valentine are among the headline acts to play in Parc del Fòrum next June.
More headline acts include Skrillex, Peggy Gou, Pinkpantheress, Ethel Cain, Blood Orange, and Irish band Kneecap. The group had already performed at Sala Apolo in June 2025, on the Primavera a la Ciutat side event.

Primavera Sound will also welcome Mac DeMarco, Father John Misty, and Bad Gyal for her only Spanish date next summer.
Also on the lineup are Big Thief, Brit rapper Little Simz, Alex G, Slowdive, Einstürzende Neubauten, and Wet Leg.
For the first time in Spain, Lola Young will perform at Primavera Sound.

Other artists include Spain's Guitarricadelafuente, American singer-songwriter Role Model, or Brìghde Chaimbeul.
The 2026 lineup was unveiled on Thursday, just four months after the 2025 edition ended with a new record of 293,000 attendees. This was the earliest the lineup had been unveiled in the festival's history.
Next year will be an "intergenerational lineup" bringing together artists from "the past, present, and future," with a total of 150 artists playing at the festival.
The main days of the music festival will be between June 4 and 6, but a free opening day and an electronic closing day will also be announced soon.

One of the artists that returns to the music festival is The Cure, led by Robert Smith. They are still the band that holds the record for the longest set in the festival's history.
The 24th edition will also feature Doja Cat and, after almost a decade, the return of The xx and Gorillaz, with Damon Albarn leading the group to present their latest album, The Mountain.
Playing for the first time in Barcelona's Primavera Sound will be UK Massive Attack, and the return of My Bloody Valentine.
