Coca-Cola's Sol Daurella, with €1.9 billion net worth, is richest Catalan according to Forbes

Sol Daurella, the chairwoman of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, is the wealthiest person in Catalonia according to US business magazine Forbes, with an estimated net worth of €1.9 billion.

Mango retail fashion chain owner and co-founder, Isak Andic (€1.6 billion) and the former owner of gaming company Cirsa, Manuel Lao (€1.3 billion), also top the 2021 list.

New members of Catalonia's richest people list include José Elías (€900 million), one of renewable energy company Audax Renovables' shareholders; Óscar Serra (€600 million), founder of swimming pool and wellness equipment business Fluidra; Tomás Arrufat (€550 million), president of online education company Proeduca; or Liliana Godia Guardiola (€450 million), the head of venture capital and private equity company BCN Godia.

Other new names include Enric Asunción (€325 million) and Marta Santacana (€300 million), both of electric vehicle rapid charger company Wallbox, and David, Mar and Arnau Nogareda (€325 million), who own the Laboratoris Hipra pharmaceutical company.

Catalonia is home to 28 of Spain's 100 richest people, who all together are estimated to have a €19.375 billion fortune.
