Sant Joan: traditional 'coca' pastries back

Traditional 'coca' pastries are back for la revetlla de Sant Joan, or Saint John's Eve on June 23. The classic one is made with brioche, jams, pine nuts, and cream, but there's a pork rind version, also very traditional, one with quince jam, and loads more!
