Refugee rescue boat Open Arms blocked in Barcelona for three weeks

The refugee rescue boat Open Arms was prevented from sailing to the Mediterranean to continue its humanitarian action in January 8. The Spanish authorities only let the NGO sail in Spanish waters. It has been three weeks since the boat was blocked in Barcelona boat and the situation remains the same.
