The Catalan government passed today the decree regulating ridesharing companies. Cars will have to be booked at least 15 minutes in advance – Barcelona's metro area plans to extend it to 1 hour. Ridesharing firms have lifted a blockade in Diagonal Avenue but are planning to take legal action. Meanwhile thirteen Catalan, Spanish and international human rights organizations are ready to send observers to the independence trial. Yet the Supreme Court has not responded yet to their request to attend the sessions.
