Spain's National Court also included Marta Rovira – general secretary of Esquerra - in the investigation. The judge is investigating potential crimes of terrorism for Tsunami Democràtic’s actions. This included the blockade of the AP-7 highway and the attempt to shut down Barcelona airport after a Spanish court sentenced referendum organizers to prison.
