Beijing (FCB).- On July 30th, FCB Escola unveiled its new Campus at the Beijing Olympic Center. FCB Escola’s Beijing Campus will host 100 Chinese youngsters between the ages of 6 and 18. The two-week long training camp will be led by local and FC Barcelona managers, belonging to the Catalan club’s football school, La Masia.

La Masia managers will focus on teaching the youngster to “play as a team” and how “to share the ball with teammates”. In addition, the Chinese players will be asked to learn the play style that has brought Barça so much success in European competitions; passing and sharing the ball while looking for avenues of attack.

Isaac Oriol Guerrero, manager of the FCB Escola Beijing Campus, said that in addition to the already mentioned values, that he wants to teach the students how to enjoy the game: “this is the first time that FCB Escola has come to China, and it’s impressive to see the passion that these Chinese players have. I hope they like training with La Masia managers and that their overall experience during these two weeks is enjoyable.”
