Former Barcelona mayor Ada Colau to be deported from Israel on Sunday
Barcelona councillor Jordi Coronas also among 21 activists to be flown from Tel Aviv to Madrid

Former Barcelona mayor Ada Colau and current city councillor Jordi Coronas are among the 21 flotilla members expected to return to Spain from Israel on Sunday, according to sources from their respective political parties, Comuns and Esquerrra Republicana (ERC).
Spanish foreign minister José Manuel Albares confirmed in an interview with public broadcaster TVE on Sunday morning that an agreement had been reached with Israel to deport 21 of the 49 Spanish citizens currently held at a prison in Israel's Negev desert.
The flight is expected to arrive at Madrid-Barajas Airport around 8pm.

Meanwhile, sources from CUP told the Catalan News Agency (ACN) that they have no information on whether their MP Pilar Castillejo and Adrià Plazas, a member of the party's national secretariat, are among those returning to Spain on Sunday.
Full diplomatic protection
Albares has instructed the Spanish consul in Tel Aviv to visit the detention center daily to "verify" that detainees are receiving water, food, and medical care where needed.
He also assured "full diplomatic and consular protection" and reminded Israeli authorities that among the detainees are Spanish parliamentarians and journalists.
Flotilla
The group of around 40 vessels from the Global Sumud Flotilla was intercepted by the Israeli military on Wednesday and Thursday, over a month after setting sail from Barcelona.

Among those detained are former Barcelona mayor, Ada Colau, Catalan MP Pilar Castillejo, and Barcelona councillor Jordi Coronas.
Mass protests in Barcelona have called for their release, as well as a "boycott of Israel" and "end to the genocide in Gaza."
