'I made it clear that the Catalan delegation had to be made up of government officials', says president

Catalan president Pere Aragonès, of Esquerra, says he had been clear that "the Catalan delegation" meeting with Spain to discuss the independence issue "had to be made up of government officials" after rejecting junior partner Junts' proposed participants who are not members of the cabinet.
