Catalangate investigator questions responsabilities allowing hack

<p>"Who specifically was the responsible party? How was the hacking authorized? What was the legal framework that governed the hacking and what judicial oversight applied?" John-Scott Railton, investigator at Citizen Lab wondered during a press conference in the European Parliament on Tuesday.</p> <p>He is part of the high-tech human rights abuses research group based at the University of Toronto.
