Catalan election - Outcome summed up in under 2 minutes

<p>On a historic and extraordinary Catalan election, pro-independence parties combined surpassed 50% of the vote share for the first time, while the bloc grew its majority in the parliament.</p> <p>Elsewhere, the Socialists won the most amount of votes and tied for most seats won too, along with Esquerra Republicana.
