Badalona council 'not working properly,' says opposition Junts councilor

<p>All opposition parties in Badalona, north of Barcelona, have united to oust the mayor, Xavier García Albiol, over Pandora Papers revelations. "For a year and a half already I've been saying that Albiol had to go, I've been calling for this motion of no confidence, not just for what's come out in the [Pandora] Papers but because the council was not working properly," says pro-independence Junts councilor, David Torrents.</p> / ACN
