2020: Catalonia's hottest year since (at least) 1950

<p>The year of Covid-19, 2020, was also <a href="../../../../../society-science/item/2020-the-hottest-year-in-catalonia-since-1950" target="_blank">the hottest year in Catalonia since 1950</a>, according to an end-of-year report made by the Catalan weather service (SMC). Almost all months of the year were <strong>warmer than usual</strong>, with February being significantly hotter than normal and October being one the coldest in decades.</p> / ACN
