Less than a week out from ISE 2026, registrations are up 10% on last year, with organizers expecting to surpass the 85,000 visitors recorded at the audiovisual congress in Barcelona in 2025.

With most attendees typically staying near the Fira de Barcelona, managing director Mike Blackman is unconcerned that the Rodalies commuter rail crisis will affect visitors to the trade fair, which takes place from February 3 to 6.

"Most people actually use the local transportation services – buses, taxis, metro – so I think it will function," Blackman said in an interview with the Catalan News Agency (ACN).

Themed "Push Beyond," ISE 2026 will feature 1,740 exhibitors and occupy a total of 101,000 square meters at the Gran Via venue.

The event attracts a strong international audience, particularly from North America, China, and Latin America, Blackman said.

Some of the largest stands for 2026 include companies like Samsung, LG, Biamp, Blackmagic, Epson, Lang, Harmon, Panasonic, Shure, and Microsoft.
