'Catalonia will vote, once again' president says

"Catalonia will vote, once again, as it is inevitable," Catalan president Pere Aragonès said during a speech on the eve of Catalonia's National Day. 

He said voting is "the most inclusive proposal, because it is the proposal that generates more consensus, and because voting and offering residents the opportunity to decide the future of the country is the only way to solve the conflict with the Spanish state. Catalonia will vote. It will vote sooner or later, depending on the [political and social] strength that we may have, but Catalonia will vote. We will do it."
