Book of condolence for Queen Elizabeth II open to sign in British consulate

People will be able to sign the book of condolence for Queen Elizabeth II for the next ten days at the British consulate general. Vice president Jordi Puigneró and foreign minister Victòria Alsina added their names earlier today
