Specialty food fair kicks off in Barcelona with innovative products on show. The Gastronòmic Fòrum Barcelona returns with biggest edition to date, there are 350 companies and 200 speakers taking part and the participating restaurants have a combined total of 55 classic Michelin stars, 11 green Michelin stars. This year's edition them is about transformative cuisine committed to biodiversity conservation.
