The trial of former footballer Dani Alves, accused of raping a woman in a Barcelona nightclub in December 2022, got underway today in the Catalan capital. A friend of the complainant said in court that the footballer had the attitude of a “slob” from the moment they met him, and that the victim immediately told her that Alves had hurt her after the events occurred.
