3-May-18 TV News: 'Spain fails to implement anti-corruption measures'

Spanish justice is in the spotlight. From the Catalan process – that has seen judges jailing MPs or blocking others from being elected president because of the independence push – to the recent decision by a Court to reject rape charges against a gang of men that assaulted a young woman, or the jailing of a hip hop artist, confidence in Spain's judiciary is not at its best. Spain has not fully implemented any of the anti-corruption recommendations urged by the Council of Europe.
