21-Sep-23: 'Three flood alerts activated since beginning of September'
Catalonia registered three flood alerts in the first three weeks of September, meaning the end of the summer has seen a violent meteorological season. The flooding alert was activated three times this month, whereas last year from September to December it was activated a total of only four times. Meteorologists see Catalan the climate shifting towards a more tropical one.
