2-Nov-23: 'ERC to back Sánchez's bid for PM'
The Socialists and Esquerra Republicana have agreed on an amnesty law, leading to the Catalan pro-independence party to announce their support for Pedro Sánchez’s Prime Ministerial bid. As well as the amnesty law as part of the deal to support Sánchez’s PM bid, the parties have agreed to keep the dialogue table open between administrations; €15 billion of the Catalan government’s debt will be forgiven; and control over Catalonia’s commuter rail network, Rodalies, will be transferred to Catalonia
