2-Apr-24: 'Catalan president proposes new agreed independence referendum'
Catalan president Pere Aragonès has proposed a new independence referendum within the framework of the Spanish Constitution. However, the Spanish government has already ruled it out. Voters would be asked if they want Catalonia to be an independent state. The Catalan president says the vote would fall under Article 92 of the Spanish Constitution.
