14-Jun-18 TV News: 'Catalonia to reopen delegations abroad'

The Catalan government is to reopen most of its offices abroad, shut down by the previous Madrid executive. Foreign minister Ernest Maragall announced plans today to immediately re-start activities in the offices of the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and the United States. Meanwhile, the debate on Catalan leaders in jail continues. The Spanish government is open to transferring Catalan prisoners to jails closer to their homes, but say it is up to the judge to decide. And the judge, who only today rejected, again, to release some of the imprisoned Catalan politicians, has said the decision to transfer them is up to the Spanish government. So, who is right? Is it up to the Pedro Sánchez government or the Supreme Court judge to decide where they should be imprisoned?
