14-Dec-23: 'Spanish PM and Carles Puigdemont to meet, say Junts'
General secretary of pro-independence Junts, Jordi Turull, told Spanish radio that Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez and former Catalan president Carles Puigdemont will meet "as they should, to discuss negotiations and deepen the resolution of the conflict." The Spanish government, however, said there was no meeting scheduled between Sánchez and Puigdemont, currently living in exile in Belgium.
