The Human Rights Court in Strasbourg ruled for Spain to compensate two Catalan men who had been sentenced to pay a fine for burning pictures of the former Spanish king. The court says that their actions falls under freedom of expression. Also today, Amnesty International criticised judges prosecuting artists.
