12-Jan-23: 'Sedition charge dropped against exiled referendum leaders'
The reform of the Spanish criminal code, removing the crime of sedition, came into force today. The change could have a big impact on the futures of the 2017 referendum leaders – those who were pardoned as well as those still living in exile.
