05-Mar-24: 'Budget talks in jeopardy after Comuns' rejection'
Catalonia's 2024 budget is in jeopardy after left-wing En Comú Podem announced it would submit total amendment proposals, thereby rejecting the spending plan. The government need the support of a third party on top of the Socialists to have the bill approved. However, Jéssica Albiach said her party are still open to talks and may withdraw their total amendment proposal.
