Woman, 46, dies after warehouse roof collapse in Barcelona storm
Severe winds left nine hospitalised across Catalonia

A 46-year-old woman has died after part of a warehouse roof collapsed on her during powerful winds that swept across Catalonia on Thursday, the health department said.
The woman had been admitted in critical condition to Vall d'Hebron Hospital after debris from the roof of an industrial unit in Barcelona's Sant Andreu district fell on her.
She was one of nine people hospitalised as a result of the storm, including another person in critical condition and three seriously injured.
The other critically injured patient is a 22-year-old Civil Protection volunteer who was struck by a falling tree in Sant Boi de Llobregat, just outside Barcelona.
He remains in a stable condition at Bellvitge Hospital.
A 23-year-old colleague, also taken to the same hospital, was seriously injured but is out of danger.
The Catalan police, the Mossos d'Esquadra, said they received a call about the fatal incident at 12:10pm on Thursday.
On arrival, officers found the woman injured. The circumstances remain under investigation, but parts of the building are believed to have come loose and struck her.
Paramedics transferred the woman to Vall d’Hebron Hospital, where she died hours later.
The extremely strong winds from Storm Nils that battered Catalonia on Thursday disrupted transport and forced widespread closures as officials warned people to stay home unless travel was essential.
