The double earthquake in Venezuela has killed 17 Spaniards, according to the latest update from Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
There are around 150 Spanish citizens still missing.
A plane of rescue professionals that travelled to Venezuela, coordinated by Civil Protection, is returning to Spain with 29 Spaniards.
Catalonia sent 14 firefighters specializing in collapsed structures, as part of the group sent by Spain's Ministry of the Interior.
They arrived in Venezuela on June 28 to collaborate with the rescue tasks after the earthquake.
The firefighters are accompanied by a Civil Protection technician.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that emergency lines remain open. They can be consulted on the ministry's social networks and at the embassy in Caracas. The ministry is urging Spaniards in Venezuela to use the resources.
