Among the 117 words incorporated are 'procrastinar', 'autoajuda' (self-help), 'dana' (a type of high-level isolated depression storm, from its accronym in Spanish, DANA), 'rumorologia' (rumorology, as in employment in or engaging in spreading rumors), 'preqüela' (prequel), 'manga', 'jacuzzi', 'aiguagim' (aqua gym), 'taitxí' (Tai-Chi), 'wok', 'sushi', 'mozzarella', 'búfala' (buffalo), 'caputxino' (cappuccino), 'falàfel' and 'feta'.

As for the 258 modifications, they include any additions and amendments in the dictionary entry, such as the grammatical category, examples, the morphological information, the phrases, the definitions, etc.

For example, the definition of 'sensibilitzar' (sensitize) is expanded to include the meaning "to make (someone) aware of and concerned about a problematic issue." The verb 'manxar' introduces the meaning of "copulate", while 'fornicar', which only meant "to have sexual relations outside of marriage", now also means simply "to copulate."

Phrases and expressions

The expression 'gola del llop' (the wolf's throat) is added to the dictionary to describe a "place or situation of great danger." There is also the phrase 'llop amb pel d'ovella' (a wolf in sheep's 'hair', literally, 'clothing' in the English language equivalent) to talk about a "person who, under a false appearance of kindness, is unreliable."
