Not in Catalonia this Sunday? Not to worry, there will be 361 events in 36 countries around the globe marking the most romantic day of the year – we're, of course, talking about Sant Jordi!

"It's a beautiful holiday for us, for Catalan people, and that is why we want people to know that we celebrate this day because of its values," Laura Foraster, the secretary general of Diplocat, a public-private consortium that promotes Catalonia abroad, told Catalan News.

"We want people to get to know Catalonia and its people through these values and this day and what this day means to us."
