65 Michelin stars for Catalonia
Jordi Cruz was the big winner among Catalan chefs at the Michelin stars ceremony on Wednesday night.
Not only did Cruz retain the top three stars for his celebrated ÀBaC restaurant, in Barcelona, but also won a second star for the Angle restaurant, also located in the Catalan capital.
The Michelin guide recognized Angle as a place offering "high cuisine for daily consumption." The restaurant defines itself as "mixing tradition with modernity."
