U2 to play two nights at Barcelona's Olympic Stadium May 2027
Irish band will stop in Catalonia as part of ‘Carnaval De Luz presents: The Greatest Show On Earth’ world tour

U2 will perform on May 13 and 15 at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium in Barcelona.
The Irish band has announced that their world tour, ‘Carnaval De Luz presents: The Greatest Show On Earth,’ will bring Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen back to the Catalan capital, as well as to Seville on May 22.
The European leg of the tour kicks off on April 26 in Stockholm with Wolf Alice as the guest act.
They'll visit Amsterdam, Berlin, Lisbon, Milan, Paris, and London on the tour.
Tickets for the Barcelona concert go on sale November 13 with a presale available a few days prior.
The new album, ‘Carnaval De Luz,’ will also be released that same day.
‘Carnaval De Luz presents: The Greatest Show On Earth’ marks U2’s return to stadiums with a show that celebrates “human connection” and “intimacy on a grand scale,” featuring a setlist that spans the band’s entire career.
These will be their first stadium concerts since the conclusion of the acclaimed ‘The Joshua Tree Tour’ in 2019. That tour saw U2 perform for nearly three million fans worldwide.
