The Weeknd announces Barcelona concert as part of rescheduled tour
After Hours Til Dawn tour comes to Olympic Stadium on July 20, 2023
The Weeknd is finally coming to Barcelona again, performing at Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium on July 20, 2023, as part of his rescheduled After Hours Til Dawn tour.
The Barcelona concert is part of a European and Latin American tour, which kicks off in Manchester, UK on June 10 and finishes up in Santiago, Chile on October 15.
Kaytranada and Mike Dean will be the support acts.
The tour, including the Barcelona gig, was postponed several times, first due to the pandemic and subsequently after the Canadian singer decided to switch venues from arenas to stadiums.
Presale tickets are out on Thursday from Live Nation, with all tickets on general sale from usual outlets on Friday, December 2 at 12pm.
The tour will be The Weeknd's first concerts outside North America since 2018, and his first Barcelona date since Primavera Sound 2012. The last time fans in Spain were able to catch him was at Benicàssim 2017 as part of his Starboy: Legend of the Fall tour.
