The 33rd edition of Sónar will take place on June 18, 19 and 20, 2026, at Fira Gran Via, located between Barcelona and the neighboring municipality of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
For the first time, the entire event will be held at a single venue, bringing together day and night programming in one space.
Organizers say the festival has been "reimagined and redesigned" to improve the experience for both audiences and artists, while keeping the quality that has defined Sónar for more than three decades.
The 2026 edition will feature four stages on Thursday, June 18, and six stages on Friday and Saturday, June 19 and 20.
Sónar+D moves to Llotja de Mar

The event will take place on June 18 and 19, with morning and afternoon activities.
The program includes an annual Open Call for projects, prototypes, and products that explore the space between art, digital creativity, and technology.
Sónar+D will also be present at Fira Gran Via through a large immersive installation and the new SonarHub meeting space.
Sónar Kids and Sónar Week
The family-focused Sónar Kids will return on Saturday, June 20, at Parc del Fòrum.
The program aims to "awaken and stimulate" children's creativity.
Sónar District will also host events such as Solid Grooves on Friday, June 19, and Metamorfosi by Joseph Capriati and You&Me by Josh Baker on Saturday, June 20.
Together with the OFFSónar parties at Poble Espanyol from Thursday to Sunday, these events will complete Sónar Week.
In 2026, Sónar Week is set to spread across Barcelona, positioning the city as a global capital of music, innovation, creativity, and technology.
Tickets are on sale, with weekend passes, day tickets, and the new Sónar+D experience.
