Reggaeton Beach Festival cancelled, management ceasing operations
Economic, financial, and operational circumstances "significantly" affect viability of project

Reggaeton Beach Festival 2026 has been cancelled.
The new management of the project has decided that this summer's edition, which was to stop in Barcelona and six Spanish cities, will not be held and announces it is ceasing operations.
The management company announced the news in a statement which justified the decision by analyzing the overall situation of the project, which states that the operational and financial structure of the current company "significantly" conditions the viability of the project and prevents it from holding a large-scale tour.
In 2025, it took place for the first time at Fira Gran Via.
Last February, the initiative announced that it was entering a new phase that included the entry of Cerruti Capital 1881, an investment fund based in Dubai, VANQUISH Sports & Media Group.
The roadmap for the new phase envisaged "international expansion through a combination of licenses and direct operations; strengthening the global ecosystem of sponsors and brand alliances, as well as the development of its own digital assets".
In addition to the Catalan capital, the Reggaeton Beach Festival was to visit Madrid, Alicante, Tenerife, Mallorca, Santander, and Nigran.
In fact, in recent years, Reggaeton Beach Festival has experienced significant growth and has become one of the main urban music and entertainment platforms in Europe, bringing together hundreds of thousands of attendees and hosting some of the most prominent artists on the international scene.
The new administration notes economic, financial and operational circumstances that "significantly" affect the viability of the project. As a result, the company considers that it is not in a suitable situation to undertake the 2026 tour or to maintain the operational activity necessary for the development of the planned events.
In the coming days, it will communicate through official channels the instructions and procedures aimed at the different groups affected.
Despite the outcome, which they describe as "difficult," the organization would like to express its gratitude to the community that made the growth of Reggaeton Beach Festival possible and apologize for the impact that this situation may generate.
