OFFF Festival celebrates 25 years of creativity at Disseny Hub Barcelona
OFFF in the City showcases creativity and stimulates young talent by working together with Barcelona's design schools

From May 8 to 10, 2025, Disseny Hub Barcelona (DHub) will host the 25th edition of OFFF, a festival dedicated to creativity, art, and digital design.
To mark the anniversary, this year's program expands beyond the traditional format with a series of free public events across the city, aimed at making creative expression more accessible to a wider audience.
'OFFF in the City' ('OFFF a la ciutat') will present a range of exhibitions and activities designed to showcase creative talent and invite public participation. Among the highlights is 'The Screen,' a large-scale projection of animated works by artists from the OFFF community, displayed on the DHub façade each evening from 9 pm to 11 pm.
The projection includes contributions from an open call and features curated pieces created for the anniversary, developed in collaboration with filmmaker and designer Nathalie Van Sasse Van Ysselt.

The festival's design market, now renamed 'La Plaça Design Market,' will take place outdoors at the DHub's lake. Open from May 8 to 10, it will feature a selection of products from local and international designers, ranging from handmade items to contemporary design pieces.
The market will be open from 10 am to 9 pm on Thursday, and from 11 am to 9 pm on Friday and Saturday.
Returning for a second year is the 'NXT Project,' an initiative spotlighting the work of emerging designers. This exhibition will showcase student projects from 12 of Barcelona's design schools, offering presentations and interactive sessions with young creatives. The exhibition will be open daily from 11 am to 8 pm.
The main festival program will include talks and presentations by 70 speakers from across the fields of graphic design, motion graphics, visual music, branding, artificial intelligence, and digital art. The full festival program is available on OFFF's website.
