The cult artist performed all 12 tracks of the album, a masterful work that explores their journey as a trans man and formerly non-binary person.

At 39, Tempest has built a long and respected career. They became a touchstone for trans and non-binary representation in the arts. They came out as non-binary in 2020 and later as a trans man in 2025.

Tempest is also considered a pioneer of spoken-word performance. Their fusion of poetry with music, blending genres like grime, R&B, and synth-pop, has earned widespread recognition.

Through their work, Tempest has become known for socially conscious storytelling.

From the beginning, they have tackled political, social, and deeply personal themes with honesty and beauty, exemplified by one of his most acclaimed hits, Europe Is Lost.
