British singer-songwriter Harry Styles is coming back to Barcelona as part of his almost 2-year-long tour around the world, Love on Tour.

Since the artist released his first solo album back in 2017, Styles has visited Barcelona once, in 2018.

Five years ago, Harry Styles performed at Palau Sant Jordi, and on July 12, fans will be able to see him in the Olympic Stadium, where Barcelona's biggest concerts are held.

Concert hours

Styles' performance will start at 9.45 pm and will last around 2 hours.

Venue doors will open at 6.30 pm, with British group Wet Leg performing at 8.30 pm.

How to get to the Olympic Stadium

The Olympic Stadium is on top of the Montjuïc hill, and access by private car is restricted as parking is limited.

What is more, from July 12 to 17, Avinguda Maria Cristina, one of the main roads leading up to the venue, will remain closed to traffic due to Pride preparations, but access for pedestrians will be open.

To avoid traffic congestion, Barcelona authorities recommend using public transport.

One of the ways to get to the stadium is by metro, stopping at Plaça Espanya station. In this case, concert-goers will need to take the L1 or L3 metro lines and then walk 20-25 minutes uphill from the square. There are escalators available in parts of the journey, which will stay operational until 2 am due to the concerts.

For those taking the L2 metro line, they can stop at Paral·lel and then take the Montjuïc funicular, which will be open until 10 pm. From there, it will be a short walk to the stadium.

Another option is to take the 150 bus from Plaça Espanya square and get off at Passeig Olímpic, very close to the stadium. Bus lines 13, 55, and 125 will also be in service.

For queries, Barcelona's metropolitan bus authority TMB has a website with more details and real-time traffic information.

Shuttle buses will be provided at the end of the concert to go back down to Plaça Espanya.

How to enter the Olympic Stadium?

There are many ways to enter the Olympic Stadium, depending on the ticket you have for the Love on Tour concert.

Those with "Bishopgate Hollywood" or "Johny's Place" tickets will have specific doors to enter from the street Passeig Olímpic. People with standing tickets will find their entrance at the street Avinguda de l'Estadi.

Food and drinks

Bringing food into the concert is allowed, but only if it is not held inside a container. However, those looking to buy food will be able to do so at one of the many stands open across the arena. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

Paying by card is recommended, but cash is also accepted.

Bringing drinks in is also allowed, but only plastic bottles of a maximum 500 ml capacity and with no cap.

What is not allowed to enter the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys?

Those going to the concert by motorcycle should know that helmets are prohibited from the Olympic Stadium. It will not be possible to leave helmets inside a locker or cloakroom as the venue does not have that option.

Other items not permitted include selfie sticks, weapons, fireworks, metal or hard plastic canteens, suitcases, computers, and cameras.

Large umbrellas are also not allowed.

Songs to learn ahead of the concert

In his concerts throughout the European leg of the tour, Harry Styles has mainly performed songs from his latest album "Harry's House".

But the British artist includes songs from all of his discography, including a One Direction song. Here are a few suggestions to start getting ready for the concert.
