35 exhibitions across 14 venues as part of Igualada FineArt photography festival
Guided tours, poetry readings, and dance performances to complement main program

Igualada, located about 60 km from Barcelona, will host the 14th edition of the 'FineArt Igualada' photography festival, which will run for 24 days.
The event features 35 exhibitions across 14 different venues throughout the city and will be complemented by 36 parallel activities, including guided tours, poetry readings, dance performances, and more.
Romer Mula, one of the festival directors, explained that this year's program focuses on the concept of community, understood "as a space of connections, collaboration, and collective construction."
One of the highlighted exhibitions will be by photographer Estela de Castro, a well-known Spanish photographer, recognized for her work exploring social themes and for taking the official portraits of the Spanish Royal Family.
At FineArt Igualada, she will exhibit 'Retratos de Familia' or 'Family Portraits' – a work that celebrates "multispecies families", where animals are full-fledged members. The project aims to highlight the emotional bonds formed with animals.
Other notable names to participate in the festival include Benito Román, Elisenda Pons, and Francesc Fàbregas.
The festival will take place from February 27 to March 22.
