Pablo Casado says health minister to negotiate with 'pro-independence virus'

People's Party head Pablo Casado said the meeting between the Spanish and Catalan governments would break up Spain's sovereignty and criticized the Socialist Spanish president Pedro Sánchez's decision to have health minister Salvador Illa, who also happens to be Catalan, attend the meeting. / ACN
