New Covid-19 measures take effect as EMA approves vaccine and Spain bans UK flights
<p>A number of new restrictions have come into force in Catalonia on Monday, including a measure limiting the time seating areas at bars and restaurants can be open or another reducing mobility on weekdays. </p>
<p>This comes as the EMA announced its approval of the Pfizer vaccine, meaning the inoculation campaign will begin on December 27, and Spain made public its decision to ban flights from the UK.</p> / ACN
