Junts believes their proposed members for talks have been 'vetoed' by Spain

The junior partner of the Catalan pro-independence government, Junts per Catalunya, believes their proposed members for the talks with Madrid have been "vetoed" by the Spanish government, according to secretary general Jordi Sànchez.
