First UK tourists welcome not needing a PCR test to visit

<p>Some of the first British tourists who arrived in Catalonia after the health checks for UK arrivals were lifted welcomed the fact that they do not need a PCR test to visit anymore. Yet, some became aware of the new situation once they had already requested one. </p> / ACN
