Cs spokesperson says Torra is doing 'the same thing' as those who are in provisional jail

<p>Spokesperson for the Ciutadans in the Catalan parliament, Carlos Carrizosa, has fired a warning shot to President Quim Torra this Sunday, saying that "he is doing the same thing as those who are now in provisional jail."</p> <p>"They laugh at the legal requirements they were obliged to do, they took selfies, they broke them and presumed they could get away with it," Carrizosa said to gathered journalists in Barcelona.</p> / ACN
