Cs attributes parliament speaker's speech to pressure relating to ongoing corruption investigation

Commenting on new parliament speaker Laura Borràs' speech, Ciudadanos MP Carlos Carrizosa says "she makes these comments" because "she knows she doesn't have a lot of time left" as she is the subject of an ongoing corruption investigation.
