9-Jun-23: 'Catalan parliament has new speaker after one-year standby'
Anna Erra of pro-independence party Junts has been named as the new speaker of the Catalan parliament, here in the chamber today. Her appointment comes almost a full year after her predecessor, Laura Borràs, was suspended in the role.
